By Land
FROM THE SOUTH
Follow the A82 just past Onich and turn left to access the Corran ferry. Once across the ferry turn left onto the A861 and follow this road for approx. 12 miles. Turn left at Carnoch bridge onto the A884 and follow this road for approx. 20 miles and you will reach the village of Lochaline.
FROM THE NORTH
Follow the A82 to approx. 7 miles south of Ft William and turn right to access the Corran ferry. Once across the ferry turn left onto the A861 and follow this road for approx. 12 miles. Turn left at Carnoch bridge onto the A884 and follow this road for approx. 20 miles and you will reach the village of Lochaline.
There is an alternative route round Loch Eil which will add approx. 35 miles to your journey.
Sheil Buses run a service from Lochaline to Ft William.
By Sea
Take the Calmac ferry from Oban to Craignure on the Island of Mull. From here you can take a bus to Fishnish ferry terminal where you can catch the ferry to Lochaline.
Of course, if you have your own vessel, then sail to Lochaline Harbour and make use of the pontoons and fabulous shore facilities.
