New Rates and Terms for Hub Meeting Room

MCTC have updated the terms and rates for the Hub Meeting Room. The new cancellation policy is effective immediately and the new rates will come into place on the 1st April. 

The new charges for the large meeting room, which include free WIFI, are:

Non-exclusive use of the room for hot desking:

• £5 per person per hour - all
• £15 per person per day (9am-5pm) - local rate
• £20 per person per day (9am-5pm) - visitor rate

Exclusive use of the room for meetings, conferences and events:

Local community groups or businesses – £10 per hour

Local community groups or businesses (full day, 9am-5pm) - £55

Non-local groups or businesses - £18.50 per hour

Non-local organisations or businesses (full day, 9am-5pm) - £100

Please note that anything booked but not cancelled up to 24 hours before will be charged.
